Will be called to reschedule their appointment. Considered a no show if 15+ minutes late. (Appreciate a call to let us know if running behind, no longer coming, etc)


Ideally 24 hours notice, or first thing in a.m. for morning appointments, or during lunch break (12-2) for afternoon appointments


Expected at time services are rendered, in full. Estimates available for all services upon request. No payment plans available. Recommend Care Credit as a payment option for owners. Or Pet Insurance.
